memher, arose, and alter a few remarks In whlah he feciioglva
referred to hi* former connection with the Company,
and thanking them lor the hocora on several occasions coolerred
upon htm, and for the many courtesies extended to htm
while an active memher presented the Company with a splendid
roll ease containing the names of the active and b morary
member*, the case being highly finished and embellished
with the emblems of the 1) enactment, go.
On motion, a committee of Ib-ee was appointed tv draft suit
able resolutions accepting the time, who subsequently report
