Richfield Springs Is about thlrty-Blx
miles from Utlca. A station of the
Delaware, I-ackawanna and Western

The National Vaudeville Artists, Inc.,
are said to be negotiating with the 229
West Forty-sixth street Corporation,
owners of the former home of the White
Rats Club, at 227 to 231 West Forty
sixth street, with. a view to either buying
or leasing the property. The White Rats
Club is a six story building on plot 76x
100.5, about midway between Broadway
and Eighth avenue. If the negotiations
