reciting the demands of the brother

The board of arbitration which was
formed some years ago to settle disputes
trlslng between employers and em
ployees no longer Is recognised by the
brotherhood, according to Philip Zaus
ner, secretary of the New York district
of the brotherhood, because of 'the fail
ure of the master painters to abide by
the duties prescribed for them by this
board. According to Mr. Zausner the
employers admit that they broke the
agreement with the employee.

Before the Brotherhood waa formed
