for ihe taxes, interest and penally, of the years A. I). 1853 und 1853. All con
cerned, will therefore take notice that if the lax, interest and penally charged there
on be not paid into the Coun'y Treasury and the Treasurer's receipt producd ihcre
for, before the 2nd Monday of January, A. 1). 1854, llien in thai case, each tram ur
lot, or part of lot, so as aforesaid delinquent, and in said list described, on which
the lax, inlerest and penalty may remoin unpaid, will on snid 2nd Monday or Jan
uary next, be, al the Court House exposed fur sale, in order to satisfy such taxes,
merest and penally; and said sale will be continued from day to day until each and
every tract, or lot of land specified in said List shll have been disposed of or offered
