The morning sessions each day will be led by Mrs. Elizabeth Hanna, Director of Religious Edu cation of the Council of Churches of Greater Cincinnati. In 1926 Colonel Ursaki was ap pointed Divisional Young People’s Secretary w’ith supervision of the Youth Work of The Salvation Army until his appointment in 1932 as Divisional Commander of the Ottawa Division. He also served as Salvation Army Chaplain for four and one half years at the Dorchester Pene tentiary in New Brunswick, Di visional Commander for the North ern Ontario Division and Alberta Division, and as Chancellor to the London and Windsor Division. In January, 1944 the Colonel and his w’ife transferred to Halifax and prosecuted a strenuous war effort for the service men and women from all parts of the world. It happens that there is a dolo mite plant in Drummond Island, Michigan. When the workers read thia story they sent the following letter to Pravpa: **We reached the three-quarter million mark six years ago. Last year we produced over two and a half million tons. “We are paid immensely better than you are. and we have job se curity. We can quit any time we want to and move somewhere else.
