Rev. Donald Bologh, officiated. John Mihalko was vocalist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of rose point lace and silk mist. Pearl and crystal bead trimmed the Sabrina neckline, long sleeves and fitted bodice of lace. The princess skirt of silk mist had panels in back, ap pliqued with lace and chapel train. A pearl and crystal bead ed crown held her fingertip veil of bridal illusion. She carried white roses and stephanotis on a white prayer book. Miss Edith Sinese, maid of honor’s gown was blue silk or ganza with scoup neckline, short shirred sleeves, draped cummerbund and gloves of blue silk organza. She carried red sweetheart roses and white daisies flowing over in a white basket. Bridesmaids, the Miss es Jean Cole, Joyce Dunlap. Wilma Hall, Judith Klosky and Katherine Zingale wore gowns, hats and gloves the same as the maid of honor. They carried blue delphinium and white daisies flowing over in white baskets. John Hall was best man and Richard Anderson, William Long, Michael Papouras and John Stevens ushered. The bride was graduated from Shaw High school and at tended Fenn Night College. The bridegroom is a graduate of Euclid Senior High and is curently a senior at Fenn Col lege majoring in electrical engineering. His fraternity is Lamba Tau Delta. After a reception at Ameri can Yugoslav Center, the cou ple left for a wedding trip to New England States. They will be at home. 31617 North rd., Willowick after July 13th. Miss Barbara White, newly elected president, will captain the cruise and warmly welcome aboard the merry seafarers, who for a couple of hours will enjoy a gay, relaxing evening and return refreshed, ready to take up their "Girl Friday” chores. First Mate Julia Fay, vice president, will be at the gang plank checking to see that all passengers have a warm wrap, scarves to anchor their tresses, and are amply supplied with re freshments to put them in a gala mood. A delicious box sup per of fried chicken with a hot beverage will be served from a well-stocked larder by Stew ards Miss Vera Cornell and Miss Ruth Reed. CATHOLIC ADULT SOCIAL Club of Cleveland is planning a picnic for Saturday July 4th, at Painesville State Park. Swimming, games and refresh ments are in order. Members will meet at Howard Johnsons Restaurant on E. 107th & Eu clid Ave. at 1:00 P. M. Irene Bohm, Ann Bavec, Emily Pau lin and Helen McHale will take care of reservations. Members with reservations will attend the "Great Waltz” at the Musicarnival on Wednes day evening July 8th. A record hop will be held in the air-conditioned hall of St. Nicholas E. 36th and Superior ave., on Friday evening July 10th. Miss Betty Pratesi of 1847 Haldane rd. is a member of the dance committee. Re freshments will be served at the dance. The Catholic Adult Social Club is open to all single people over the age of 28, who are in terested in social, religious and charitable activities. Meetings are held at St. Nicholas Hall every second and fourth Tues day evening. Shaw Dance Proves Success The East Cleveland Recrea tion Department has found that its experiment of dividing the dance clientele into two group. is most satisfactory. On Tuesday evenings the se nior dance is held on the sun deck of the pool bath house from 8:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. Even though the weather has been quite cool, the attendance has been very good—341 at the last senior dance and 280 at the last junior dance. Each Friday throughout the season a sandbox contest will be held at 7:30 p. m. at Shaw Field Payground.There are two classifications—one for those under 10 years and one for those over 10 years. Prizes will be awarded to winners. Locke Thompson, son of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Thompson of 936 Ravine ave., has been elected to Maroon Key, junior class honorary society at Col gate University. Election is based on out standing contribution to the life of the College through leadership in academic and ex tracurricular activities. Maroon Key is primarily a service organization.
