The Wagner Act strength ened by the formation of the United States Employ ment Service brought into being the veterans employment repre sentative in the local employ ment service office. In the Cleveland East office of the Ohio State Employment Service, this individual is Henry W. Cockfield. He develops and carries out an adequate veterans service program. In addition, he is charged with seeing that all policies and programs concerned with veterans activities are car ried out. Two Shaw Grads On Dean’s List Two Shaw High School grad uates were named to the Dean’s List at Allegheny College for outstanding scholarship during the second semester of the 1958-59 school year.
