It is an old water tower, Zt Is now proposed to make it an observatory free to the public. WARLIKE INFLUENCES AT WORK ON MILLINERY Paris has changed its mind and decided to put forth a few hat models after all. Here are two of them. The influence of the Belgian forage cap, with its falling: peak and gold tassel, is strongly marked.
