A Message to
The Victory Liberty Loan Committee requests that all
manufacturing: and wholesale concerns executives and employees
-enter their subscriptions through the trade Division to which
they have been assigned. Allied trades have been grouped to
gether. Special Committees have been appointed by the Federal
Reserve Bank to cover all such concerns.
