He has been outside recently in the interest of a public utility com pany for tills community, whose pap ers of incorporation were filed recently in Juneau. Representing the town of Kodiak, Attorney Warren Taylor left on the Cordova Thursday, for Valdez where he will attend the hearing of the petition for the town’s incorp oration, before District Judge Iicl lonthal.
