Village of Inkster, County of
Wayne and State of Michigan, was
concealed therein, and said chancery
summons has been returned with
the certificate endorsed thereon,
showing that after diligent search
and inquiry, said defendant could
i not be served on or before the
return day of said summons in said
state of Michigan:
On motion of Roxborough and
Taliaferro, Attorneys for the Plain
tiff.
IT IS ORDERED that the said
Robert Williams, cause his appear
ance to he entered in this court
within three months from the date
of this order, and in case of his ap
pearance, he cause his answer to
the plaintiff’s bill of complaint to
be filed, and a copy thereof to he
served upon the attorneys for the
plaintiff, within 20 days after serv
ice upon him of a copy of said bill,
and notice of this order, and that
in default thereof, the said bill he
taken as confessed by the said de
fendant.
