Africans Protest Sedition Measures FREETOWN, Sierra Leone, July 28—The enactment into law by the Legislative Council of the Sedition, Deportation and Undesirable Pub lication Bills, has stirred the people of Sierra Leone to protest the con stant curtailment of the limited rights they have won through years of struggle against their Brit ish rulers.
