YWCA Scene Of Baby Shower Saturday Night By VIVIENNE COOPER Jane Lett, Mary WiHiams and Odessa Lett were joint hostesses Saturday night at a stork shower at the Lucy Thurman YWCA honoring Jane Jelfcrson. The affair was held in the social rooms and they were decorated throughout with spring flowers. A colorful array of blossoms deco rated the table that held the many gifts for the Jefferson heir, and baby Jefferson will certainly be one of Detroit's best dressed. Guests brought dresses, blankets, bonnets, carnage robes, powders and even a device to prevent thumb sucking. The hostesses gift to Mrs. Jefferson was a high Thair. Bridge was another highlight of the evening and Bertha Smith won toe first prize, a set of Old Spice that included perfume, cologne anap. bath oil, and polish. Margaret Henry captured the second prize, a generous size bottle of cologne, Hertha Priest won a Revelon set. consisting of polish, lipstick, an-1 polish remover as third prize, and Sue Gm>dsor» won the cute batn mitt as booby.
