The Rev. A. A. Banks officiated. The maid of honor was the bride’s sister. Mrs. Louise Bowe Carter, and best man was Lacy Pierson. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, William Tweedie. The bride wore a powder blue dressmaker suit with a corsage of orchids. Her sister wore a gray dressmaker cult with a corsasa of pink roses. For this occasion, the bride's mother wore a gray suit with a corsage of pink and white carnations. The bride's great aunt, Sally Mosley, was present. The happy couple left immediate ly for a brief honevmoon in Louis ville. Ky.
