Tdif^!fA?^'",F ho::VOIn,I!J tr, , Y r .," to raise all the money we need this week. I rice advances to 15c March 1. We want every one of you who are contemplating buy ing to get in your order this week. Mail 'it before Saturday night or you Will be too late, n e can assure you that if you don't buv this stock now at 10c per share that you will be sorry before many weeks have gone by. Why should you not buy this stock? The small now of oil that we already have will prevent you from losing money, and you .can always dispose of it for more than you paid, and when we get to the THIRD sand and strike a large flow or a gusher, you will see the stock sell for at least $25 per share. You can't lose anything in any event, and every 10 centB you Invest should reasonably net you $25. If you think we are slow In getting oil. you must remember that we have had many things to contend with this winter. We do not think more than thirty full days' work have been done at the wells since November. No one is to blame for it, either. Cold weather has been the principal hindrance. Then we were Bhut down for three or four weeks while we had every man in our employ assisting us in getting so much land. Then for three or four weeks more we were delayed by the non-ar rival of a carload of casing, and now it is more cold weather again. The winter has been a very severe one in Wyoming and has almost completely stopped all operations in the fields. We believe that every company in the fields has suspended operations. We will risk our reputation as a prophet that our company will get oil, and lots of it, within sixty days after warm weather sets in. We have been selling nicely for three months, and have paid for all of our lands, and lately we have been piling tip money. We are getting In good shape for work when spring arrives. We understand the crews are all laid off, and we do not think the company will order work resumed till warm weather. Do not think we can make a million dollars for you in a minute, for it can't be done. Every officer and director of this company owns a large amount of stock. Some of us over 100,000 shares. In order to make money for ourselves, we must necessarily make money for you, or anyone else that buys this stock. If we do not make money for you, we cannot make money for ourselves. We are all doing the best we can. We are giving you the best stock for the money in America. We are giving -you stock on which it iB'Impossible to lose money unless our oil stops flowing, which supposition is ridiculous. You will never see the time when you cannot sell your stock for more than you now have to pay for it. Yon can rest assured that we are doing the very best we can, both for you and ourselves, and you positively must have patience. There is less than $5,000 more needed. We ought''to raise all that this week, and more. Can we'do it? Will you assist us? $1,000 is not too much to invest in this stock. You will see it selling for upwards of $25 per share before midsummer, and once more we tell vou emphatically that if you don't buy this stock at 10c per share you will wish you had before many more weeks have gone by. If we can raise $5,000 more this week, this is the last ad you will see at any price, and it ' probably will be anyhow, as we are figuring m lotting our agents finish selling at the ad vanced price in case any more money is needed after March 1, in which case we shall not need E MINES AND MINING WORKS. THE LEADING *on *"?,'- " r '^? ?P to advertise. .,,., - We are in one of the best oil fields In Amer ica. We have gas and oil escaping^ from the ground on every side of us. We have 6,000 acres of the choicest land In these fields two drilling rigs worth upwards of $12,000, and It Is all" paid for. Unless you get an order in the mails this week you will not get the stock at 10c per share. Price goes to 15c March 1. One hundred shares is the least we sell, cost ing you but $10 1,000 shares $100. We have received a letter from the company in which they express their confidence in our field, having several gushers by June 1. We have been made general agent of the company and all agents are now selling through this office. We want more agents and we want every stockholder to assist us in selling stock this week and ev^ry one who sees this ad to buy at Wit 1,000 shares You couldn't find a better investment if you tried for 10,000 years You are completely protected and stand a first-class show to make big money If yon wouldn t bu this 5tock at 10c per share your case is hope less We have completely satisfied you In re gard to our references. There is- no need to mention them further. We are not here to beat anv one, and we are not trying to swindle you. This company will use you honestly and fairly Try us and see. - ^- ... , We are going after that $5,000 this week and we are going to get it if such a thing is possible. The company allows us 20 per cent commission for selling, and we are willing to give awav most of those commissions this "week in order to raise money enough to permit the company to get oil. There are many men who will read this article who have made up their minds that Idaho Wyoming oil stock is a good investmentmen who can easily afford to Invest 51,000, and to those men we will rnnfte a special inducement to send in their moner now as follows: The first person send ing in $1,000 this week will not only get the 10,000 shares, but we will make him a present of all of our commissions. In other words, we v.-ill send htm 1.000 shares extra. The first two persons sending in $500 will get 600 shares extra and the first five persons sending in $100 will get 100 shares extra. We will ghre away our commission to this extent, to assist us in raising $5,000 this week. We do not want to mak" a cent on the sale of this stock. All we want is money enough to enable the com pany to get oil and we want that badly. If this Is any Inducement to you, then get your money in immediately. We have done remark ably well selling this stock. We have sold over 100,000 shares and we want as much money as we can possibly get before the price advances. If ever you intend to buy any stock in the world: if you ever intend to invest any money anywhere-this investment is the one to make, and our stock is the stock to buy. ' Tile fact that U. S. Senator W. A. Clark of Montana. W. J. Bryan. Joe Chanselor, G. D. (lark of Wyoming. Matt Dougherty. Stephen B. Flktns and so many mora well-known men own land in these fields and are putting in thousands of dollars ought to convince any one immediately that we have a splendid show to ct oil.' Mr. I/. G. Barron of Walla Walla. Wash., told us this week that if he found these statements to be true he would send us $1,000 at once. We told him to take the train and go to the nelds immediately at our expense. The moment he ascertains the truth for himself he will send us his money. Why, gentlemen, if this is true, you are missing the oppor tunity of your lifetime right now. If you will telegraph Governor F. W. Hunt of Idaho you can find out for yourselves within two hours, that we are telling you the absolute truthi Surely, what is a good enough invest ment-for those men Is good enough for any one. If von don't mortgage your farms and homes % buv this stock you should do the next bpst thing, and send in what spare money you have. Ani opportunity like this is not found on Christmas trees.
