The fact that S. S. S. is a purely vegetable preparation, containing" not the slightest trace of mineral in any form, has been one of the strongest points in itH favor during its forty years of existence. It is recognized everywhere not only as the best of all blood purifiers, but the one medicine that can be taken with absolute safety by the youngest child or the oldest member of the family. Next in importance to removing the cause of any disease is the condition in which the system is left after a course of medical treatment. Medicines containing mercury, potash or other strong mineral ingredients often do permanent injury by eating out the*delicate lining and tissues of the stomach, producing chronic dyspepsia, unfavorably affecting the bowels and so damaging the system that even' if the original cause of the disease has been removed, it is left in euch a deranged and weakened condition that the health is permanently impaired. S. S. S. enjoys the distinction of being the only blood medicine* on the market that does not contain a mineral property in come iormc Being made entirely of roots, herbs and barks it is absolutely harmless to any part of the system, and while curing disease adds strength and health to every part of the body. S. S. S. removes all poisons, freshens Bnd purines the blood and gives better and more lasting results than any other blood medicine. S. S. S. is the very best treatment for Rheumatism, Catarrh, Scrofula, Sores and Ulcers, Skin Diseases, Contagious Blood Poison and all troubles due to an impure or poisoned blood supply. Bright and clever comedy and new songs are presented by the Kentucky Belles company at the Dewey theater this week in their new farce, "Mur phy's Mistakes." Jack Beid as Murphy is an old fa vorite and he still lives up to his repu tation of always bringing something new and interesting. His portrayal of Hibernian character is really funny and devoid of all slapstick work. He is as sisted in the comedy by Frank Carrol, his old-time partner. Most of the music used in the burlesques^ is new, altho a few of the old songs that will stand repeating for some* time yet are worked in to good advantage. Good costuming and elaborate stage settings help out in the general effect. The olio is well balanced and full of snap. Eeid and Carrol have a laugh able sidewalk turn that is replete with new jokes and stories, and Gray and Graham take well irl their musical nov elty. Hendricks and Prescott are clever dancers, and the young woman has a pleasing voice. Young Buffalo, as sisted by Mile. Marietta, gives a crack rifle exhibition that will rank well with the best of its kind. He closes his act by shooting the clothes off his The last burlesque is especially well written and is arranged for many pretty, ensembles and tableaux.
