They Went "Over the Top" for Us?We Must Not Fail to "Go Over the Top" for Them! We Must Not Fail To Do Our Duty By the Boys! Only about $30,000 has been subscribed to the fund of $75,000 needed for Homecoming Jubilee Week?July 3d to 6th. Only two days?Friday and Saturday?are left to raise the sum needed within the time named by the committee. Richmond has the honor of being the first city to announce a Homecoming* Jubilee for the Boys. Many other cities have since adopted the idea. Richmond Jubilee Week must be en tirely worthy of Richmond traditions. frS: This means that one and a half times as much money as has already been subscribed must be contributed today and tomorrow to put the fund over the top! No personal canvassing* is being done to raise the fund. It is hoped that it will not be necessary. Voluntary subscrip tions are desired from every man, woman and child in the city. Richmond must not?cannot?fail to do her duty by her Boys who have so nobly done their full duty by Richmond.
