Cooper, secretary of the State Board of Health of Cblorado, has made a thorough in fpcctlon of the water supply of Lead vllle and thinks it Is contaminated. There Is no doubt about the diagnosis of tho disease. A source of danger to the border towns Is the Arkansas river, which Is likely to become contam inated.
