Catarrh is sweep Cjing civilization from one conti nent to another, because civiliza tion does not follow Nature's laws. Nature tells us what to do and we pay no heed. Down deep in the body of man' lie streams of blood, going every where and making a complete cir cuit of the body every few sec *onds. In thcse rivers, brooks and streanmlets of blood flow millions of little soldiers called corpuscles, whose duty it is to heal hurts, expel thc enenmies of man-germs -from the body and carry away gnpiurities. Nature, with the blood, builds ho, - and hair and teeth and flesh. She does thtis so quickly and with such absoltute perfection that if we put into our months and stomachs the things the body needs, natitre will distill her own chemicals and build up any torn down portions. ,Catarrh is a tearing down of nmucous memnbranes. A mucous membrane is one of the wonders -of science. It does the important ~-work of lth body in some lines. WLen it lcomes diseased, you quickly have the alarm from na-' ture. Catarrh, in most eases, Irst .warns us from a condition of the L ose and throat. Tliese mems rianes cannot do their. work. XIhey beconme clogged. Impurities $krms and ehoke them. Deeay1 gia ts, umpleasant odors arise, gredfafly it spreads until the neabrane is almost worthless, we learn the fault is with blood. There is too musk for the corpuscles to do. 'iJVERNOR'S AL11ON , CAUSES COMMENT Senator Sutherland Takes Issue with McCall Regarding Negro. Surprise was uttered Nesterday by Senator Sutherland. of West Viginia, at the action of Gov. Merall, of Mas sachusetts, in refusing to extradite to West Virginia, John Jehnson. the negro wanted there for a criminal charge. 'I do not wish to -riticise Gov. Me Call," said Senator Sutherland. "The other men implicated in the crime against the 14-year-old girl have been tried and are In prison. Johnson would have a fair trial.
