Real Chiropractors A man recently called on sev eral chiropractors, introducing him self as a chiropractor, and for $15.00 offered to teach us how to go in a trance and get the aid of Walter Reed and several other well known medical men, long dead. He referred us to several chiro practors (?) who were using the "trance method" of diagnosis with success. Surely fifteen dollars is a reasonable fee to pay for the indefinite services of Walter Reed but we couldn't see it that way. This is merely to, call your at tention to the fact that chiroprac tic means "hand doing," and not spirit doing. The "Chiropractic Association of District of Columbia" was organ ized in '1913 for the purpose of promoting chiropractic and not tearing it down. Its members have never resorted to medicine, osteop athy or the occult as a make shift for the real article. They KNOW chiropractic and need noth ing else. They are not physicians or mediums, nor have they pur chased an osteopath's diploma for $27.50 or a medical diploma for $55.00; but they are REAL chiro practors, graduates of real school? and members of the national as sociation?the Universal Chiro practors' Association. The classified business section of the telephone directory on "page i6" under heading Chiropractic Association of District of Columbia, will give you the names of real chiropractcs who practice chiro practic and nothing else.
