Odd Fellow, of this city tonight attended the services In the Second Presbyterian Church in observance of the XOSd anniversary of the founding of the order of Odd Fellows. A special sermon was preached by Rev. Dr. John Ue Allison. and a musical program was given by the choir under the dlrec- i tlon of Miss Lucy Graves. The members of the order, accompanied by the Rebekahs. assembled in Odd Fellows' Hall and marched to the church In a body. A large crowd this afternoon at- i tended the exercises at the ParkerGray public school for colored children when portraits of Prof. John F.
