Two hundred and fifty members of
th? Odd Fellow, of this city tonight
attended the services In the Second
Presbyterian Church in observance
of the XOSd anniversary of the
founding of the order of Odd Fellows.
A special sermon was
preached by Rev. Dr. John Ue Allison.
and a musical program was
given by the choir under the dlrec- i
tlon of Miss Lucy Graves.
The members of the order, accompanied
by the Rebekahs. assembled
in Odd Fellows' Hall and marched
to the church In a body.
A large crowd this afternoon at- i
tended the exercises at the ParkerGray
public school for colored children
when portraits of Prof. John
F. Parker and the late Sarah Gray,
former principals of the public
schools for colored children here,
were unveiled. Those who made addresses
were Edmund Hill. T. M.
Watson, this city; Garnet C. Wil.
