The body was brought to ci'j by two Irishmen, who could give no ac count of the death. The jury postponed ac tion until this morning, in order that witnessos might be summoned. Goings. free negroes, charging them with robbing and setting fire to the premises of Jos. N. Feaison. They were arrested by officers Thomas and Kitchen, and taken before the above named Justice yesterday morning, who committed th&ni to jail, to answer the chage before the crin;?ral court.
