in court and about to proceed to trial, with a

compromise was proposed and accepted,

ever said derogatory to the character of Mrs.
Kinn fir chastity, and stated that she knew
notblng derogatory to her character for chas
tity, and that if she had ever said anything
derogatory to her character for chastity, she
