In additon. the contractor will be required to fur nish labels, and direct the ?auie for each package in accordance with the dally lists furnished by the agent of the Pepartment; together with all other blanks re quired to Ik* inclosed with the cards; also all blauks for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly returns re lating to t he number of cards furnished, and stock ou hand or in process of manufacture. CONTRACT NOT ASSIGNABLE. The contract cannot, in any case, be laiv fully trans ferred or assigned. RESERVATIONS. The Postmaster General reserves the right to reject any or all bids if, in his judgment, the interests of the Government require it; also the right to annul tlte contract if, in his opinion, there shall he a failure at any time to perform faithfully any of its stipulations, or in care of a willful attempt to imp<aie upon the Department rani* inferior to the sample furnished to the bidder by the Department. PAYMENTS. Payments for card* actually issued and delivered will be made quarterly, after proper examiuatien and adjustment of accounts. AW ABD?AGBEIMENT?BONDS.
