At a meeting last night of the committee having j m charge the Blaine and Loean ratification meet- ( lug Thursday night, the committee on speakers reported that Senators Edmunds, Sherman, Harrison. Hawley, Allison, Mahoue, Hale, Frye, Cullum, Hoar, Miller, of California, and Representatives Hlscock, Bingham, Phelps, Burleigh. Horr, Dinglev, Cannon, Pettlbone, Bouteile, Payson, Bl^bee, Goff. o'Hara, Kees, Ryan, Payne, Henderson, and | Messrs. s. Burdette, R. T. Greener and W. E. Slmms, of Virginia, had accepted Invitations to speak. Committees reported that three stands for speakers would be erected in front of the city Hall; that the marine band an 1 a grand chorus would t?; provided, and that there would be a cannon salute and a pyrotechnic display. A plan for the decorations was submitted and approved.
