Carried Bullet in Brain for 8 Years. After carrying a bullet In his brain for eight years Charles Maxwell Dane, a Yale freshman of Bristol, Conn., died at his home Monday. The phenomenal case has Interested physicians. Dr. William J. Mor ton. the family physician, and Dr. E. J. McKnight of Hartford declare there is no doubt that the bullet was the cause of death. Dane was eighteen years old. and In 1S51S i e was bathing with several boys In a pond at Bristol. They were playing with a revolver, when it was accidentally dis charge,!. The bullet, of .32 caliber, entered Dane's head, lodging nut far from the ba^e of the brain.
