18 SOCIETY 1 Secretary of State and Mrs. Kellogg to Attend Fete Tonight Honoring Distinguished Visitors. THE Secretary of State nnrl Mrs. Kellogg wiil be quests at the dinner this evening: given by the Minister of 'Salvador and Sonora de Lima in honor of the minister of foreign affairs of Salvador and Sonora do Guerrero, who nre in Washington for a few days. The dinner will be given in the annex of the Pan-American Union Building. The Secretary of the Treasury, Mr. Andrew W. Mellon, is in Pittsburgh, having gone there to attend the wed ding of his niece, Miss Sarah Mellon, and Mr. Alan Magee Scaife this aft ernoon. Mrs. Hoover, wife of the Secretary j of Commerce, was the honor guest at i-- a large reception last evening in New 1 „ York given in the eluhrooms of the Brooklyn Council of Girl Scouts.
