CHICAGO, March 20 (A*).—Dr. Ray Lyman Wilbur, Secretary of the Interior and president of Stanford University, Tuesday was awarded the honorary doctor of laws (LL. D.) degree by the University of Chicago. In conferring the degree on Dr. Wil bur, President Robert M.
