HIE TO SPEAK I AT FIREMEN’S FETE Governor Will Be at Marlboro I Carnival Tomorrow Night. By * Stuff Correspondent of The Bt«r. UPPER MARLBORO. Md.. August I 20. —An address by Gov. Albert C. I Ritchie tomorrow night will be the ■ principal feature of an elaborate Art- I men’s carnival program, to be held on I the fair grounds here from today until ■ Saturday, for the benefit of the local I Volunteer Fire Department,. A baby show open to all babies of I Prince Georges County up to 2 years I of age will be the special attraction I Wednesday night. A street parade starting at 6 p.m., I followed by a supper on the grounds, I will precede Gov. Ritchies address I Thursday night. Other prominent I speakers have also been invited to par- I ticipate in this program. On Friday night a prize will be I awarded the best dressed lady appear- I lng on the grounds, while on Saturday I night the most popular lady will be I selected.
