Hats and Shoes. NEW YORK (/4b.- Black patent leath er gleams forth as the most fashionable of leathers for Spring of 1932. The vogue of wool for daytime dresses, the ’tailored suit for street wear, the need for a versatile shoe to go with the Spring costume colors are reasons for the •return of high gloss black patent leather shoes. Quickening the return were the modish patent leather accessories — belts, bags and varied millinery and dress trims so popular this Fall During this season shoes have been trimmed with black patent leather and the opera pump of this leather also made its appearance, but the prediction its that by Spring the leather will be used generally and other leathers will be used for ornamentation. A return of the patent leather danc ing pump for men is predicted.
