Brilliantly ringing down the curtain on -a xti.r of Army, Navy and Marine Corps festivities the united service ball, which is to be held at the Willard on the evening of December 29, will be at tended by prominent Army, Navy and Marine Corps people and by many dis tinguished member;, of the official and diplomatic sets of Washington as well.
