This is a Crepe and
.Velvet Season . . . .
Used Alone or In Combination
This is indeed a rough crepe and velvet year, they're being used
separately or in combinations. Colored velvets are much in demand in
the fuchsia shades, deep green, blues, rich burgundy and wines, and brown
for both day and evening. Many will want velvets just to meet the very
new mode for (shades of yesterday!) a swishing taffeta petticoat.
