BRINKLOW WOMAN DIES Special Dispatch to The Star. ASHTON, Md„ March 4.—Mrs. Charlotte W. Brlgham, 74, wife of Dr. Arthur A. Brigham, long-time resident of the vicinity of Brlnklow, this county, died Friday In a Baltimore hospital, after a long illness. Besides her husband she Is survived by a son, Reuben Brigham, of this place, and a daughter, Miss Ruth Brlgham. Funeral services for Lem Towers, 71. prominent Masen who died Friday at his home, 1870 Wyoming avenue, will be held tcmcrrow at 2:30 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, Third and C strpets. Rev. Dr. Charles Warren of St. Alban's will officiate. Burial will be in Congressional Cemetery^ Honorary pallbearers will be the grand master of District Masons and past grand masters. Active pall bearers will be representatives of the various Masonic lodges of which Mr. I Towers was a member. Mr. Towers was past grand mas'v and past high priest of Masons In the District. He had also held office In many other Free Masonry organizations. Mr. Towers' father, Lem Towers, sr., headed the first company of roldiers to leave here during the Civil War. A brother, John Towers, was mayor of Washington from 1884 to 1856. Surviving are his widow. Mrs. Annis Towers; a son, Lem A. Towers of New Mexico, and a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Hill of Dallas, Tex. Watson. 71, a lifelong resident of Washington, died of cere bral hemorrhage early yesterday at his home. 3932 Fourteenth street. He was a native of Onancock. Va , and had been engaged In the wholesale hardware business here for many years. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Slnor Watson, and two daughters. Miss Corinne Watson of the Fourteenth street address, and Mrs. Mabel Beider man of Baltimore. Funeral services will be held Tues day at 11 a.m., with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Nalley, 68, of 522 H street southeast, died suddenly yester day from a heart attack with which she was stricken while attending morning mass in Holy Comforter Church, Four teenth and East Capitol streets. Mrs. Nalley was taken to Casualty Hospital, where she was pronounced dead upon arrival. Deputy Coroner C. J. Murphy faid death was due to the heart attack. Mrs. Nalley. the widow of the late Thomas R. Nalley, sr., is survived by three soas, Charles O. Nalley and Wil liam J. Na'.ley, local funeral directors, and Thomas R.
