Scotland, may hold a na tional bowling tournament for women only. KERPER FUNERAL RITES AT RESIDENCE TUESDAY Burial of Woman Who Died at Home Yesterday to Be in Congressional Cemetery. Funeral services for Mrs. Ida E. Kerper, 72, who died yesterday at her home, 644 C street northeast, will be conducted at the residence Tuesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Congres sional Cemetery. Services will be held at the grave by Old Glory Council. Daughters of America. A native of this city, Mrs. Kerper was the widow of Frank Kerper. She was a charter member of Old Glory Council, No. 12, Daughters of America: member of Trinity Lodge, No. 5, Order of the Shepherds of Bethlehem; Friendship Temple, Pythian Sisters; the Royal Neighbors of America, the Dee Cee Circle of the Protected Home Circle, and the True Blue Council, Sons and Daughters of Liberty. She also was a member of the First Meth odist Protestant Church. STUDENT IS HONORED Ernest G. Stout Elected President of Flying Club. Ernest G. Stout, 6124 Thirtieth street, has been elected president of the New York University Flying Club, according to an announcement from Assistant Dean William R. Bryans of the College of Engineering. Stout, a senior, also is a member of Perstare et Praestare. He has been president of his freshmen and sopho more classes and a member of the Student Council for four years. He is a graduate of Western High School, where he was awarded the Perry Mc Donaugh Collins Scholarship. While at the local high school he was a member of the foot ball team and rifle team and was a member of Phi Beta Rho Honor Society. Dies in Crash LIEUT. MORRIS GOLDBERG. Army Air Corps officer, who was killed yesterday in an airplane crash in the Canal Zone. His widow, Mrs. Helene Goldberg, is the daughter of Philip Frledlander, 1824 Belmont road. Lieut. Gold berg, a native of Atlantic City, served as a private in the 16th Infantry before entering the Mili tary Academy in 1925. Oldfield, 70, for many years a Government employe and later sta tionery clerk in the House until 1932, died yesterday at his home near Land over, Md , after an illness of several weeks, according to word received last night. Funeral services will be held tomor row morning in Hyattsville. Md.. with burial in Fort Lincoln Cemetery. He v as born in Howard County. Md., in 1864. and entered the Customs Service in Baltimore in 1896. He was a customs inspector in that city more than 20 years, becoming a special agent in the Department of Justice ι in 1916. where he served for four years. In 1920 he joined the House clerical staff as stationery clerk under the Republican party and served there until 1932.
