OKLAHOMA CITY, November 30.— Plans for the purchase of a 5,000-acre plantation in Southeastern Oklahoma, to be cut up into small farms, and the lease or purchase of land in nearly every county, have been announced by Carl Giles, State relief adminis trator. Giles asserted the State plan would not conflict with the A. A. A. program of curtailing production, as there would be a limit on the cash crops that could be grown on rural rehabilitation projects.
