Connell, pastor of the Church of the Holy Comforter, who died yesterday In Providence Hospital, where he had been til for six weeks, will be buried In Cumberland, Md., after requiem mass at the church to* morrow at 10:30 am. The body will lie In state until the services, which will be directed by Most Rev. John M. McNamara, D. D., auxiliary Bishop of Baltimore. Mass will be said by Rev. Edward P. McAdams of 8t. Joseph's, assisted by Very Rev. R. H. Born In Pittsburgh, Pa., April 56, 1871, the son of Thomas and Mary Murray Connell, Father Connell spent his youth in Cumberland, Md., where he attended St. Patrick’s School. His further education was received at St. Charles' College, Elllcott City, Md., and St. Mary’s Seminary, In Balti more. He was ordained December 17, 1898, by the late James Cardinal Gibbons. His first year In the priesthood was spent as assistant pastor of the Church of the Holy Ghost at Issue, Md., and the following year he was named pastor of St Peter’s at Oak land,. Md. He came to Washington In 1933 as pastor erf the Church of the Immaculate Conception, where he remained until he took his last office on February 1, 1980. Brothers and Sister Survive. Father Connell is survived by five brothers, William, Leo. Arthur, Vic tor and Eugene, all of Western Mary land, and a sister. Mrs. William E. Yamal) of Cumberland. Donnelly, who died In St. Paul, Minn., last Saturday, will be buried in Arlington National Ceme tery tomorrow with full military honors. He was 78 yean old and was gradu ated from the Naval Academy In 1881. Mr. Donnelly was born in Ireland in 1859 and appointed to the Naval Academy from Wisconsin. He was nonorably discharged from the service m 1883 and since had been engaged in civilian punutt. Burial will be at 11 a.m„ with Lieut. August R Hohl of the Navy’s Chaplain Oorps officiating. DONOVAN OF GEORGETOWN DIES Active Member of Capital Bual ness Circles for Last 53 Taara to lie la Mt. Olivet. Jeremiah B. Donovan. 71, life-long resident of Georgetown, died yesterday at his residence, 1677 Thirty-first street after an Illness of several months. He was born September 37, 1863. Active In Washington business circles for the last 53 years, he was also an active member of the Holy Name So ciety of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a fourth degree member of Keane Council, Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret A. Donovan, and six chil dren: Mrs. R. H. Ruffner of Raleigh, N. C.; John J„ Bdward L., Clarence O. and C. Austin, all of Washington, and Mrs. Paul B. Brown of Fairfax, Va. Funeral services will be held at the residence tomorrow at 9:15 am., thence to Holy Trinity Church, where requiem mass will be said at 10 am. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. ALEXANDER BRADBURN, CALVERT COUNTY, DIES Well Known as Fisherman In Olivet District—Funeral Services Held. Special Dispatch to Ths Star. PRINCE FREDERICK. Md.. June 13.—Alexander Bradburn died Monday at his home at Olivet, Calvert County, following an illness of three months. Mr. Bradburn, 65, was well known in his community, and most of his life was engaged in oystoring and fishing. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ida Bradburn, formerly of St. Marys County; four daughters. Mrs. Franklin Hill of Baltimore and Mrs. Wilson Thomas and Misses Alice and Kath erine Bradburn of Olivet; four sons, Benjamin, Samuel, Emory and Percy Bradburn. and two brothers, Jefferson Bradburn and John Bradburn, both living in St. Marys County.
