FINAL PLANS MADE FOR LAW MEETING 800 Delegates Will Attend Sessions—Fun Mixed f With Formal Plans. Final arrangements have been made for the annual meeting of the Com mercial Law League of America, at which more than 800 delegates from All sections of the United States are expected to attend July 29 to August 1 at Wardman Park Hotel. Among the local men on the pro gram for the opening session are Commissioner Hazen, Ralph D.Quinter, vice president of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Luns - ford L. Hammer, attorney, all of whom will deliver brief addresses of welcome Rev. Anson P. Stokes. D. D.. canon of the Washington Cathedral, will offer the invocation. The annual ad dress of the president of the league, Frank M. Ely of Chicago, will also be heard at the opening session. In addition to Ely, other officers of the league are: Edward B. Levy, New York City, vice president: Thad M. Talcott, jr.. South Bond. Ind., treas urer; David D. Goff, Philadelphia, recording secretary, and Martin J. Teigan, Chicago, executive secretary. An extensive program of social ac tivities has been arranged in addition to the business session. It includes a trip to Annapolis for members and guests, including a visit to the Naval Academy and reception at the Gov ernor's mansion, golf and tennis tournaments, a horseshoe contest, swimming contest and base ball games , Local attorneys on various entertain ment committers are as follows: S.
