Thirteen officials and members of the Washington League for the Hard A>of Hearing will attend the seventeenth 9 annual conference of the national organization to be held at the Hotel Statler In Boston next week from Tuesday to Saturday, inclusive. They are Miss Betty C. Wright, executive director, American Society for the Hard of Hearing; Mrs. Laura Stovel, director, The Everywhere League; Miss Ada M. Hill, director of Vocational advice; Miss Josephine B. a Timberlake, superintendent, the Volta ^ Bureau; Mrs. Harriet Montague, as sistant editor. The Volta Review; Miss Florence S. Berryman. Miss Florence T. W. Woolley, Mrs. F. W. Olcott, Miss Florence P. BpofTord. Miss Annah Fletcher, Miss Natalie Beaumont, Miss L Elsie Phelps and Miss Virginia Stilwell. Addresses will be delivered at the Conference by otologists, acoustical experts and social workers, supple 0* mented by round table discussions on educational and scientific topics. A feature of the conference will be the lip reading tournament held each * year with contestants from all parts of the country particiapting.
