Brokers said buyers were hesitant In making long-term commitments pending clarification of the Mediter ranean crisis and in the face of pre dicted tighter money conditions. United States Government loans Were generally lower by from l-32nd to 3-32nds of a point, but foreign issues showed some strength. South Ameri cans were in fair demand and Argen tine 6s of 1957, Brazil 6’2S, Buenos Aires Vs-^sS. and Colombia 6s were fractionally higher. Up also were some Belgian and Japanese bonds. Among the domestic corporate issue Anaconda Copper 4’2S. American & Foreign Power 5s. Columbia Gas <fe Electric 5s, Hiram Walker 4>4s and Loew s 3'is Improved a shade.
