This little fellow, lost in the refugee rush at
Memphis, is being “primped” by a Red Cross nurse
until his parents are located. Right now he is
known only by the number on his identification tag. \
The incomprehension of the tragedy that has
left him alone is graphically shown on the face of
Oscar Guernsey, 85, of Jeffersonville, Ind. His
wife and niece were drowned in the Ohio flood.
