Two Couples' Betrothal Announced in Alexandria Miss Ellen Archer Ticer to Wed Mr. Angus Stanley King—Miss Inez Gwynne Moore Engaged to Mr. J. F. Hauber. LEXANDRIA, Va.. July 24.—Residents of Alexandria have been much interested during; the past week in the announce ment of two engagements, that of Miss Ellen Archer Ticer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund F. Ticer, to Mr. Angus Stanley King. son of Mr. and Mrs. William Martin King, all of Alexandria, and that of Miss Inez Gwynne Moore, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Samuel Broders Moore, to Mr. John Francis Hauber, son of Mrs. John Peter Hauber and the late Mr. Hauber of Washington. Both weddings will take place in August Mr. and Mrs. John W. Howard. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace N. Lind eey and Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Willard are spending the week end at the Farmington Country Club.
