Robinson, Governor of Delaware from 1024 to 1028, died today of heart disease. He was 70. Mr. Robinson, a Republican, had been active for many years in the Grange, having served as national treasurer .and master of the State Grange. A native of Wilmington, he found his first job wit* the old Central National Bank as a messenger. After filling almost every position in the bank, he became president in 1016.
