Rogers. The bride was given in marriage by Mr. I. M. Stainback, Federal at torney for the islands and former attorney general. She wore a gown of snow-white tulle, over a paper taffeta slip of the same color, fashioned with short, full, puff sleeves, and a dainty sweetheart neckline, around which were cas cades of tulle ruching. The bodice was delicately shirred to a tight fitting waist with billows of tulle floating over a very bouffant taffeta hoop skirt. Her tiered finger-tip illusion veil was held by a coronet | of ruching and orange blossoms. She wore long net mitts and car ried a Colonial bouquet of white violets, gardenias and butterfly I orchids, detailed with ribboned streamer-, of lilies of the valley. ! Her jewelry was a quaint gold and pearl book locket, a gift of the bridegroom, and a circlet of seed pearls on her little finger, an heir loom worn by the brides of her family for six generations. Miss Charlotte Blair of Boston. ! who was her only attendant, was in a delicate shade of coral pink chif fon. She wore pastel spring flowers in her hair and carried a matching bouquet. Mrs. I. M.
