Alan Goldsborough in the criminal di vision of the District Court. Jesse Jackson, colored, 25, a W. P. A. worker at Gravelly Point Air port, was indicted on a charge of first degree murder for the alleged slaying of his brother-in-law, John Weaver, colored, 29, of the 1200 block of Eighth street N.W., on June 24. UPPER MARLBORO, Md., July 17.—Prince Georges County Com missioners have ordered six resi dents of the Spalding and Oxen Hill district to cease operating their hog farms it wfts announced yesterday. The commissioners made known their decision after a visit to the two areas made in response to pro tests by a delegation which con tended that the hog pens were a health menace. The commissioners approved the suggestion of C. L. Wood, chief county sanitarian, that the hog pen licenses of the six per sons should be revoked. City News in Brief TODAY.
