ANDREWS. - —Underwood Photo. j Miss Tennyson Becomes Bride Of Mr. Andrews The wedding of Miss Nancy Lee Tennyson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tennyson, to Mr. Howard Shakespeare Andrews, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard E. Andrews of East Orange, N. J., and West Corn well. Conn., took place yesterday afternoon in the Church of the Transfiguration. The Rev. J. J. Queally officiated at 4 o'clock before the altar which was decorated with gladioluses and palms. Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a lovely gown of w'hite satin made with a full circular train. Her finger tip veil was held in place by a coronet of braid and she carried an arm bou quet of white orchids and sweet peas. Mrs. Wiliam P. Spenny was her sister's matron of honor and she wore a gown of sea moss marqui sette and carried yellow snap dragons. The bride had as her other at tendants her niece. Miss Jane Dar ley, Mrs. T. B. Andrews was his brother’s best man and the ushers were Lt. W. William Forster, Lt.' Robert Files, Lt. H. G. Wells, Lt. Theodore Baker and Mr. San ford Tennyson, brother of the bride. The couple left after a reception at the Admiral Club for a wedding trip. They will make their home in East Orange. The bride attended Fairfax Hall and George Washing ton University. Her husband at tended Blair Academy and was graduated from Colgate University in 1942. Exhibit T omorrow The Woman's Auxiliary of St. John’s Church, Lafayette square, will sponsor "An Evening of Cur rier and Ives’’ tomorrow night at 8 o'clock in the parish hall. The Rev. Mr. Stuart Gast„ rector of St. Steph ens and the Incarnation Church, will present his valuable collection of these prints. An offering will be taken for missions.
