Francis Zeiler, U. S. M. C., son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Zeiler of Wash ington. The ceremony took place recently in Beverly Hills, Calif. Mrs. Maurice Swatt was matron of honor, and Col Ivy A. Pelzman, U. S. A., was best man. The bride attended the Univer sity of North Carolina, and was graduated from Ponona College, Calif. Col Zeiler is a graduate of Central High School, Devitt Pre paratory School and the United States Naval Academy. The couple are now residing at the Broadmoor. Parties Planned By State Groups Dr. John O. Moseley, president oi the University of Nevada, will be guest of honor at a dinner to be given tomorrow evening at 7 o’clock by the Nevada State Society. All Nevadans in Washington are invited to attend the party, which will take place in the Versailles room of Cafe Parisienne. The Massachusetts State Society of Washington will honor Senator Leverett Saltonstall, former Gover nor of Massachusetts, at the Patri ots’ Day dance to be given tomorrow night from 9:30 to 12:30 o'clock at Wardman Park Hotel. Mrs. Salton stall and Mrs. Frank Hickey will be hostesses and Miss Elizabeth Whit ney is chairman of the arrange ments. A reception committee of “Buffalo folks” will greet the guests and a roll call will be taken at 11 p.m., when officers of all other State societies will be introduced.
