The engagement of "Antigone”
and “Candida,” the two productions
which Katharine Cornell, in asso
ciate with Gilbert Miller, brings
to the National Theater, beginning
May 13, has been extended to two
weeks.
The schedule of performances is
as follows: “Antigone,” Monday eve
ning, May 13; Tuesday evening, May
14; Wednesday matinee and eve
ning, May 15. “Candida,” Thurs
day evening, May 16, through to
the following Wednesday evening,
May 22, with a matinee on Wednes
day and the preceeding Saturday,
May 18. Then “Antigone” again on
Thursday evening, through Satur
day.
