Judgment Against Mother For Purchase Set Aside Municipal Court Judge Thomas D. Quinn yesterday granted a mo tion to set aside a judgment against a colored cleaning woman at Trin ity College for the cost of two dresses she said were sold her deaf mute daughter, 17. Judge Armond W. Scott last week quashed an attachment on the $60 a-mnnth wage of Mrs. Emma Louise Hunter, first block of I street N.E., by a Seventh street clothing store, after he was informed Mrs. Hunter i was unaware she legally was not obliged to accept the clothing. Attorney Richard Harman, ap pointed by the court to represent Mrs. Hunter, filed the motion to vacate the judgment, for approxi mately $30, which was granted in February. Judge Quinn ordered a new trial. The judgment had been by confession.
