Werner At Nuptial Mass Miss Helene Emilie Gilliaert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emile Henry Gilliaert, was married to Mr. Robert Stanton Werner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Joseph Werner ; yesterday morning. The ceremony , took place at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart where the Rev. Lawience J. Wempe officiated at 9:30 o'clock and said the nuptial mass, the bride's nephew, James F. Bernard, and her cousin, Edmund Zveare, jr„ serving as altar boys. The Glee Club of Dunbarton Col lege of the Holy Cross sang the wedding music, with Mrs. Estelle Hunt Dear, soloist and Miss Mary Louise , Sullivan, organist. Mr. Gilliaert escorted his daugh ter to the sanctuary where Mr. Werner awaited her with his best man. Mr. Chester P. Bernard, half brother of the bride. , Mrs. Brinley L. Bethal was matron of honor and Miss Dorothy Ann McIntosh, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. The bride's other , attendants were the Misses Cath erine Bauer, Carmel Pirro, Marie Craven, Barbara Fehr. Mrs. Charles [ A. Mahon, jr., and Mrs. Angel T. Correa II. Miss Rita Werner, sister of the bridegroom, was junior bridesmaid and the flower girls were the bride's nieces, Regina Bernard and Jeanne Marie Hettrick. The ushers were Mr. Edmund F. Bernard, half brother of the bride, Mr. Chester S. 1 Zywno, Mr. Frank Connelly, Mr. William T. Moreland, jr., Mr. Edwin J. Dentz, Mr. James Diggins and Mr. Martin J. McNamara, jr. The bride wore white nylonette with a long train, the bodice trimmed with seed pearls. A halo of heirloom lace held her double veil and she carried an orchid sur rounded by white roses from which fell a shower of orange blossoms. The matron of honor was dressed in Nile green lace and wore match ing mitts. Her tiara and bouquet were of yellow roses. The maid of honor's costume was white like that of the matron of honor and her tiara and bouquet were of • American Beauty roses. The other attendants had similar frocks in .pastel shades and their tiaras and bouquets were of roses in harmoniz ing shades. The junior bridesmaid and the flower girls were dressed in taffeta robes de style and car ried old-fashioned bouquets.
